Mansoor Ijaz also gave documentary proofs and electronic evidences to the SCP Memo Commission’s Secretary on Wednesday at the PHC in London, UK. Ijaz submitted his similar written/typed testimony to the SCP through his e-mail messages sent to the SCP Registrar Dr. Faqir Hussain in December 2011.
On 22 February 2012, Mansoor Ijaz also recorded his oral/verbal video testimony to the SCP Commission via a video conferencing link between Ijaz at the Pakistan Embassy in London, UK, and the Commission’s 3 justices at the Islamabad High Court (IHC) in Pakistan.

Devil’s Advocate Zahid Hussain Bukhari, a lawyer of PPP infamous traitor Husain Haqqani, reportedly interrupted or interfered with the SCP Commission’s proceedings like an annoying mosquito during the video recording of witness statements of Mansoor Ijaz and Bukhari was reportedly snubbed by the Commission Chairman for repeatedly raising his ridiculous objections. SCP Barrister Muhammad Akram Sheikh, the lead attorney for Ijaz, was also present during the court hearing at the IHC in Pakistan. SCP Advocate Rashid A. Rizvi, the counsel of PML-N President Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, a key Petitioner in the Zardari-Haqqani treasonous memo case, other lawyers and journalists also attended the Commission’s 1st. session at the Pakistan Embassy in London, UK. The Commission will resume its 2nd video-link hearing on Thursday at 9 AM.
The SCP Commission consists of 3 Chief Justices/Judges of 3 high courts of Pakistan – Balochistan High Court Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa (Chairman), Sindh High Court Chief Justice Mushir Alam (Member), Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Iqbal Hameed-ur-Rehman (Member) – and an Islamabad District & Sessions Judge, Raja Jawwad Abbas Hassan, the Secretary to the Commission. It was appointed by the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) through its Order, dated 30 December 2011.
